Which is India’s most-loved domestic airline? We surveyed over 3,000 fliers in 10 cities to find out
Thanks to the rise of budget airlines, more Indians are flying than ever before. According to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), in January 2010, domestic airlines carried 41.41 lakh passengers, compared with 33.76 lakh in January 2009 — an increase of 23%.
But which airlines do fliers rate the best, and which ones are deemed the worst? To find out, we surveyed over 3,000 people across 10 cities. Each respondent had taken a domestic flight in the past 12 months, and was questioned in detail about the last airline he or she had flown with.TO READ FURTHER...
